For our Yarn Corner feature this week we have a brand new double knitting yarn that has been flying off the shelves: Swurlywurly DK. This is a colourful range of yarn cakes from James C. Brett that has taken the craft community by storm. With striking colourways and generous 200g balls, here is everything you need to know about Swurlywurly!

This yarn has only been in our shop a few weeks and we’re already planning to order a top up as our customers keep coming back for more. Swurlywurly comes in 6 exciting colourways featuring multicolour mixes that are bright and eye-catching. The shades in each mix are really well balanced and, as they’re all so unique, there’s something for every maker.

Each 200g ball gives you 550m/599yds of yarn, making it a good choice for larger projects such as garments, shawls, blankets, and cushions. It is made of 100% Acrylic, is machine washable up to 30°, and is dryer friendly.
