In the Wool is a newsletter for yarn lovers created by Alex from Babes in the Wool, a family run yarn shop and haberdashery in the north of England. Our family has been in the craft industry for over 40 years, and we decided it was time to start sharing the fun stories, useful knowledge and crafting tips that we’ve come across. In the Wool is a collection of articles, inspiration, free patterns and behind the scenes access to a working wool shop. We also love to showcase other makers, with interviews, shoutouts, and charity work spotlights.
